Yes, powered by Toyota. But who cares. It could be "Powered by Yugo" for all I care. When the car weighs less than 2000lbs and has over 190hp, I could care less where the engine comes from. I personally like the 2ZZ, its a pretty decent engine. My girlfriend used to have a Celica GT-S. Not the fastest thing out there, but the engine has very good power. I couldn't even imagine what its going to be like having that in a sub-2000lb car. Should be sweet.

Here are some pics from a local dealer. It's a demo sent over for all the people on the waiting list to test out.
EDIT: Can't get the pics up right now. I'll try to get them up later.
i would prefer a 4G63 in it. the 2ZZ is a decent engine, but not enough torque, and if it is the same engine as the matrix xrs from toyota, then i have my complaints. waiting for the lift on that engine seems like eternity, once you hit it there is power, but you'll be playing catch up all the time. i read an article where xs engineering put a turbo on the engine that spooled up real quick and backed off at lift, it seems like this type of setup would be best on this car as well..
i am actually considering this for my next ride, but i have worked with a matrix xrs on upgrades and i don't like that engine very well, imagine a 4G63 with a turbo stuffed into that little light car.....lookout. i'm not sure if it is even possible, but a supercharged 2ZZ would be better also.
just my 2 cents

I love the interior (or lack thereof)
