Anybody know anythig bout how to covert to the JDM VR-4 (EC5A)? Do I have to swap for an AWD rear floor or is the us version equipt?
Where to find the parts also (6A13 engine, AYC, and such parts)?
Anything you guys know would help.

errrrmmmm...
Thanks for the plug, but to be honest I wouldn't know where to start!!
Having seen some interior pics, it seems like the Galant you guys got is quite different to mine, as well as the exterior. If there was never a AWD model offered in the US, you may find the floorpan has been changed too.
You'd be best off buying a whole VR-4 - as you may or may not know, the AYC reservoir is in the boot (sorry - "trunk"), and at least then you'll get other good stuff like all the lights. Then its a matter of gutting your car and transferring everything over.
I don't know what the laws are in the US regarding bringing in whole cars - try...motorex for that. I can put you in touch with a buyer in Japan though if you need one.

came up with a new idea witch has been brought up before with galant owners, yet i cant find the answer.
The V6 galant comes with (in the states) the non-turbo 6G72, the 6G72TT is found in the 3000GT(GTO) VR-4 with AWD, i wounder if its possible to put the TT engine with AWD into our galant?
anyone know a max power your've seen the 3000GT TT (GTO TT) with??

Regardless of the difference between Lancer and Galant, the basic should remain the same. A FWD to AWD conversion is very likely to involve replacing the rear floow panel given the difference in fuel tanks, rear transfer mounting points (which is none on FWD car)...and all the other "crap"
