noting wrong with the subies -- not as good as our car, but perfectly capable. there's nothing that labels them as cars for any type of person, just as there's nothing that says all Evo drivers are Rice Boys. Maybe you should keep your own phobias and prejudices to yourself.

i think nsnguyen put it nicely... you can spend $1g on evo suspension and you would need to spend like $5-6G's to get the suspension of the WRX on bar... but powerwise you can kick many evo's butt.....

for me if i spend that kinda money on a car... its for keeps until it blows up

So you have 22K of mods in your wrx? Im confuse... If you have that much done to the wrx, might as well keep it. I saw some really nice looking wrx modded. It's a nice car and I wouldn't mind one. Just not as good as an evo...heheheh...

I had a 2003 stage4 wrx (with 18500 miles). I took off the added parts (made back some of the money), traded my wrx for an 03 evo (with roof and wing and 3 miles on the OD), and i never looked back. The stage4 wrx was faster than the evo (in a straight) but the evo just handles way better. Do what you think is best though, as long as you're not too much in a hole with payments.

...Trade it and come over to the other side.

gnome . . .

There's nothing that labels them as cars for lesbians. . . . except Subaru!! I didn't hire Martina Navritilova. I didn't think up the "Its not a choice, its the way we're built" ad-line. Once again, not that there is anything wrong with lesbians.

stick with the subaru, their community is better...
anyhow, if you've invested that much into the wrx, just keep it. the evo is a great car, but that's a ton of money wasted if you trade it in....

Get the Evo It handles way better its got way more power than a WRX it beats it in every catagory as far as I'm concerned 2k in mods isn't loosin much. 20k in mods would be different but I would totally go for the EVO. Even if you were driving an STi I would still trade that in for the evo but WRX no questions about it!

Completely agree. I test drove and rode in many WRXs when I was looking for another car to go with the 240sx. After I drove the WRX I just had a feeling that it would be a great car 7-10k later. I wanted an out of the box performer and I passed on a good deal for a WRX (and got a Mazdaspeed Protege). Now that I have the Evo there is no comparison of the two stock to stock and modding wise
