Which used car would you get? -HELP ME PICK!

I'm looking to get a used car or truck. Right now, I can only get something that is $6,000 and under. So far I've found a few nice vehicles that I've taken some interest in. They are..

Price: $4,999
93 Dodge Ram
5.2 Liter 318hp V8 4X4
Black Truck - Excellent Condition -
122k miles and perfect condition overall

Price: $3,500
91 Honda Prelude Si 2.0 Liter
135 Stock HP - Only weighs 2200 lbs (DOHC Motor)
Runs a mid 15 in a quarter mile stock
Car only has 75,000 miles on it - Seems to be in perfect condition
+ new stock paint job

SOMEONE GIVE ME SOME REASONABLE IDEAS FOR A CAR OR TRUCK THAT IS 6000 OR LESS. I want something that will be cool to fix up, or nice to put rims and airbags on to cruise. A nice SUV, or a nice quick import. I can't make up my mind. Give me a list of cars that are 6k and under and worth the investment.

Carry on

That Dodge will get you about 14 mpg, can you afford that? I had one and went through $20.00 a day in gas and got rid of it.

It depends on what you are looking for, if you're looking for something that might save on gas and can hold more people I'd go with prelude. But if you haul stuff get the truck.

what do you need the vehicle for? you going to be hauling stuff or just commuting? you want something fast or something really safe....

Find something that is going to suit your needs if you just need a commuter you don't want to pay for a car that gets 15 mpg but if your moving stuff around or driving to go camping or skiing in the snow by all means get the truck
