I was driving down one of my major streets a few nights ago and I hear this bad A$$ sound come from down a off street. As I turn I see a set of skyline tails fade into the darkness.....like something out of a killer movie. I then dismissed it as if I was seeing things.

The next day at school I told my friend what I thought I saw....his responce. YOU SAW IT TOO!! After that I about crapped my pants, I wasnt seeing things. He drove next to it for a while when he was comin home from work.

So the moral of the story is, now the guy with the TT Supra has some compatition in my home town. And I need to mod like crazy!

Aparently it was imported by SanDiego imports and it is a 32....dont know alot about skylines but that should give you enough info on what model it is.

Im workin on findin the guy for some pics...but im excited to meet him, and finaly c a skyline up close

Are you talking about the blue R34?? that my friends joey's he owns TOP Speed here in chicago.. i drove that thing and its a beast.. he's had that car in hiding.. i dont know what he is doing to it...

I saw the next generation Skyline driving down the strip in Vegas this spring.

I looked over at the stoplight and was thinking ":WTF, thats an odd looking car:" On the trunk where these letters: SKYLINE : as it pulled away. It was silver.

Looked sorta like an Infinity G35(?)....

 

Thats soungs like a re-badged G35. It is a fairly popular thing to do since the skyline in Japan is a g35 in the states.

 

R32 n R33 are rear wheel drive. R34 awd. same here i got out of a movie one night and saw something. thought it was a riced out honda with a gtr taillights. went to the front and it has the gtr headlights. i started to laugh but when i looked down, i saw a freaking huge intercooler and it was RHD. well, i wasnt laughing anymore. heh heh. it was a dark red r32 that was parking under a shaded tree at night. it was blocking all the lights so i couldnt see the car. g35 is a skyline in japan but in the us its just a luxury car.

 

Hopefully it's a GTR. Unless he's got 1000bhp and has a 9 sec car (doubt it) your Evo with somebody's Stage 4 will be faster

 

Correction, GT are RWD and GTR are AWD, thus R32, R33 and R34 GTR are all AWD with the ATTESA system (kinda like AYC and ACD but more extreme).

 

r32-34 can be had in 4wd. there are models that come in rwd (gt-s), but the gt-r is 4wd. gt-s also has a 2.5 single turbo, where the gt-r has a 2.6 twin turbo. gt-s is also 4-door. the gt-r 4wd system is rear wheel biased though.

 

Skyline > Evo - we all know this 4-Bngr. It's ok, it's ok

 

MSL here in Indy has a nice R33 GTR... it's yummy

Theres a sweet Blue R-33 w/ white volk TE37's in my area. Putting down a clean 450 to the wheels.
