Justification for price: A quick search on these forums or cars.com, autotrader etc. for a white ix of any kind with sub 40K miles usually show a near 30K asking price. Cars.com shows 9 evo ixs nationwide with less than 40k miles with an average price of 34k. The only white one is listed for 37k.

Modifications:

1. BBS MR wheels with star spec tires and plenty of tread.
2. Buschur turbo back exhaust with anti fowler for 02 bung. (No lights on in dash)
3. Eibach lowering springs on stock struts
4. SE front lip painted to match
5. Shep built 5 speed transmission (shifts perfect) and have the receipt (done by previous owner).
6. Brand new oem timing belt kit and water pump at the end of 2017 (have receipts).
7. ABS installed
- Does make the insurance a little cheaper

Negatives:

1. Rear fenders have been rolled/pulled by previous owner
2. Some scratches on trunk hinge area
3. Some paint scratches where the oem air scoop snaps on
4. Misc scratches that align with a vehicle of this age.
5. OEM oil temp gauge not working.
6. Dash rattles at idle - (believe from the airbag recall install)
7. Midwest car
