Description:
Listed for sale here is my mint condition 2006 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution GSR. I bought the car from the previous owner who has owned it since 10k miles. The car has always been garaged kept and properly washed. It is indeed one of the cleanest evos around with absolutely ZERO rust and the factory paint shines like new. This evo has been extensively modified with no expense spared. All of the work has been done by Boostin Performance from Hoffman Estates, IL and I have a binder full of paperwork for the parts, labor, and tunes. The car is tuned via the AEM infinity ecu to ensure maximum reliability. The system monitors parameters such as AFR, oil and coolant temp, and boost. If any go slightly out of line, the system will fuel cut the car. This is what has kept the motor in pristine condition (along with strict maintenance). With that being said, here is a quick list of details...
Exterior:
Original paint (all vin matching body panels)
Carbon fiber railiart style front lip
Mitsubishi rain guards
BBS MR wheels (powder coated black)
Brembo calipers powder coated white
Authentic JDM rear bumper & tail lights
Build:
No expense spared, over 30K invested
FP4R V2 cams
Kiggly Titanium valve springs & retainers
Curt Brown ported intake manifold
ARP headstuds
BP ported throttle body w/ new seals
EGR delete
JDL front facing turbo kit (V Band in & out)
Precision DBB 6262 .82 AR
Precision 46mm wastegate
Tial bov
Turbo heatsoak cover
FIC 2150cc injectors
STM 1200 fuel kit
STM -6an fuel feed & return kit with rail & gauge
STM double pumper fuel feed kit
BP double pumper kit, with (2) 340lph in tank fuel pumps
Hob switch
Rebuilt transmission (done by Boostin Performance)
Evo 8 3 & 4 gears
Excedy HD twin disk clutch
STM fork stop
SS lines
New OEM ACD pump
STM oil catch can
Full Tomei Expreme Titanium exhaust
Suspension:
STM drag V2 coilovers
Tune: flex fuel tuned by the very reputable Devin from Boostin Performance
Car made 727whp on full e85, and around 500whp on 93 octane (conservative)
Final words: The car has absolutely no mechanical issues and has been compression tested multiple times showing excellent results (have paperwork for this as well). This is my 4TH evo and it definitely adds to the reason as to why I favor the 9's. While this car does make a lot of power, it is still practical enough to be daily driven. The car is super solid and is a perfect example of an evo done and maintained right. Feel free to ask me any questions or request more pictures.
