From my experience it has a lot more to do with age then mileage. Most lenders will not give you a loan on a 10+ year old vehicle.

Yea the only way around that is to get a personal loan for what ever the vehicle amount. Otherwise you cant
get a loan for an Evo that’s why these little car dealers bang you over the head with their third party financing.
