Only reason I say this is I get multiple PMs with lowball offers all the time. I never respond to them, maybe that’s just me.
I have a near complete(missing o2 housing) 71HTA setup for sale as well, but I’m FIRM on the asking price.
Not saying that you did lowball him, but I’d say what you think is “very fair” and what he thinks is “very fair” are probably far apart.

The turbo in this thread was sold to me.
"Shouldn't be talking?" I was using this thread for its intended purpose: to buy and sell a certain turbo, which was accomplished for the seller and I.
You, on the other hand are just using it to troll, talk ****, and randomly DM people like me on it questions like "How much would you be willing to pay for one because I have one.. my HP goals blah blah" because you won't post it for sale here or even offer a price in that DM for some reason.
My "still FS" inquiry post came many more days after I DMed them. I was waiting for confirmation of purchase from the seller, before replying whether the sale had gone through which took a day, during which you come into this thread to complain.
