2006 Evo 9 IX GSR 

Clean title (its in my name) clean carfax..car was a rolling shell 6 years ago at 49k miles to be turned into track car but never did. Now has 84k miles. 
I am 3rd owner 

Car is pretty much bone stock it has an typhoon intake and exhaust. 

Brand new rotors all around and brand new pads. Only about 10 miles on them. 
Fresh oil change 
JDM rear bumper

It’s garage kept. (Car comes with a cover)

car rides and runs like it’s off the showroom.  

Mods I have but haven’t put on:
white line correction kit
stm battery tray and with genesis battery and terminals (15 pounds lighter) 
Rex speed carbon fiber e brake
