Awesome car but the miles are definitely hurting you. Its about 10k above market on a good day.

If it was a 2003 evo 8 with those miles maybe, but this particular model is very rare and can be restored to be like a low mileage car. Definitley still worth the asking price. It will sell op, if youre in no rush a buyer who appreciates these cars in raw form willbe intersted.

Agreed, the car seems to be in great shape. If that is in fact the case, I think its close enough to market value. Rare car indeed.

paying 36k for this rare collector evo makes way more sense than 90% of the jdm market today. Like paying a quarter million for a gtr that used to be 40k 2 years ago..or 60k for a supra with 200k miles..come on man lol

The mileage and built motor are what is going to limit buyers and price.
Tough sell, but OP may get lucky if he waits long enough.
