Hi.  Selling my 2006 evo gsr special edition in graphite grey with 67700 miles.  I'm the third owner.  It was first purchased in Hawaii during 2007, then bought by the second owner in Washington state from a Mitsubishi dealer during 2009, and finally the second owner brought it to California in 2011 and I bought it in 2015.  The carfax lists 4 owners but is double counting the first owner.

It has a clean California title which I have in hand.  It has never been in an accident.  Body panels are original and have not been repainted.

Mods are Ohlins road and track suspension, 3 gauges, and an aftermarket stereo head unit.  The first owner had a cold air intake installed and it failed visual during smog when it first came to California so the second owner replaced it with the oem intake in order to get it to pass.  It has never been tuned.  It passes CA smog without issue and I have a recent smog certificate in hand.

The timing belt, water pump, radiator hoses, serpentine belt, pulleys, spark plugs, and wires were done at 59k miles with oem parts.  The brake rotors were replaced at 59k miles and new ferodo ds2500 pads were installed less than 1k miles ago.  The tires were changed 6 years ago and should probably be replaced due to age.  The battery was replaced 3 years ago and has always been on a battery tender when not driven.  The oem tune recall to get the latest oem 88590016 tune, which is now required for smog, was done by the second owner.  The passenger airbag recall was completed by the San Jose Mitsubishi dealer in 2021.

It comes with two keys and key fobs, manual, and a car cover plus a small box of new, mostly oem parts that I collected but never installed.  I did all of the maintenance work myself so don't have shop receipts, but I do have a list of dates and mileage the work was done.

Overall it's in good condition.  I've never had any mechanical issues with it.  There are some paint chips on the hood and some small paint blemishes around the car.  The rain rails are starting to fade a bit.  There is also some wear on spots in the interior.

My reason for selling is I barely drive it and some recent life changes came up where I should reduce the number of cars I own.  There is some room for negotiation in the price.  I would prefer to sell the car locally in CA in the next few weeks, but I'm ok with keeping it if the offers aren't reasonable.
