That's true for the majority this one actually looks to be quite clean. I think detailed undercarriage and seam pics are a requirement when listing them though. Some hide their rust so well on the outside its almost impossible to tell. They're more prone to rust than usdm evo 8/9s because they spent their time in Japan. The build quality/rust prevention (none) is the same of any 90's/early 2000s big Japanese manufacture of its time.
