History of the vehicle:

The car was originally purchased in 2007 - Palm Coast, Florida. 1st owner owned the car from 2/24/2007 till 3/29/2018. Non-smoker, no children, garage kept for all 10 years, and all service records completed at Daytona Mitsubishi (I was able to obtain the Mitsubishi service records). The 2nd owner purchased the car on 3/29/2018, owned the car for 7 months, never drove the car, and made the tough decision to sell. I purchased the car on 11/15/2018. As a side note, the car was in Illinois for those 7 months but never saw snow and was garaged kept. When I purchased the car, except for a cat-back exhaust, short shifter, and manifold cover, it was stock original. I drove it from Illinois to Houston, roughly 1,100 miles. The car does have some minor performance modifications (all receipts and records). That said, I have retained all OEM parts that were removed, from the OEM undertray to the OEM downpipe. Other than the few bolt-ons, the car is all OEM original, all vin tags in place, and in tip-top shape.

Samco 3 in. intake hose - black with AEM filter, Forged Motorsports - wastegate, stock (yellow spring), Walbro 255 fuel pump, stock turbo housing coated black - Forced Performance, ported and polished stock exhaust manifold - CRBD performed, exhaust manifold ceramic coated - Polymer Dynamics Inc (with All new OEM hardware for reinstall), 3 in. steel downpipe - Megan racing, 3 in. steel test pipe - Megan racing, 3 in. titanium cat-back exhaust - Tomei, stock fuel injectors - cleaned and flow tested - Injector Rx, ETS titanium lower intercooler pipe - LP2,Spoolinup COP kit, Grimmspeed 3 port boost solenoid, Kozmic Motorsports - Reflashed ECM (car made 328 AWHP and 311 AWTQ @ 24.9 Psi on 93 oct.)

Brakes:

OEM brakes were serviced and powder coated by - Detective Coating. No peeling or fading on these brakes. All records and receipts.

Interior:

The Interior is in immaculate condition. The driver's side seat was rewrapped by - Texas Auto Upholstery. No creases or wrinkles in these seats. All records and receipts.

Body Work:

The vehicle has never been in an accident or fender bender. However, I did have some paintwork - all work completed by Imperial Collision Specialist, all records and receipts of proof.

Trunk, and left side of the wing. - I was trying to replace the OEM wing seals, in doing so I inadvertently pull up on the wing and being as light as it was slipped out of my hands and scratched the mentioned pieces. All receipts and records in my possession.

Rear bumper - no bodywork but had some light scratches from the previous owner on the left side. All receipts and records in my possession.

Front Lip - SE - not a repaint. Purchased a brand-new OEM SE front lip that needed to be painted to match the car. All receipts and records in my possession.

Car was professionally detailed, paint corrected, and ceramic coated on 8/23/2019 by Vive Auto Detailing. All receipts and records in my possession.


Reason For Selling:

Just do not drive the car, it's as simple as that. Not in a must sell situation and willing to wait for the right buyer. Car is immaculate inside and out with no issues, turnkey beauty. The car underwent a full PPI(Pre-purchase inspection) by Kozmic motorsports on 10/15/2019. Full report, receipt, and records in my possession.
