Was it always in Michigan? Whats the rust situation? Most 15+ year old cars from that area have see thru holes from the humidity and salt.

Definitely a fair price if it's as clean as you say.

Your assumption is correct. It’s not spotless, so it has some surface rust here and there. The history according to the prev owner was that it was bought here in MI and then taken to the south for a few years. Personally, I kept it garaged as soon as it got cold so it never saw salt on my watch. Willing to negotiate on price. Haven’t been following the Evo market at all so 15k was my best guess.
