2. if caboy did do it and he does hack he'd probably hide his ip with numerous amounts of proxying to keep his real ip anonymous on top of all the new tricks they have.
3. if you didnt hide ur ip yourSCREWED...specially if he wants to throw charges on ya buddy.

I think if paypal confirms he did do it maliciously then he deserves to be reported to his local police dept. Also most public proxies are really unsecure. Ive sniffed proxies before and got the persons ipv4 based off the location they resided and isp/city based on ip whois info and gave paypal their ip I thought was theirs and actually turned out to be theres. so dont think your safe with just a proxy

not much you can do though if he jacked someones wifi though then proxied off that.

If you're actually telling the truth then this whole ordeal is hilarious, minus the fact the other dudes account got limited and hes dealing with the extra added stress.

Shipping to a verified address is a very good idea.

Unfortunately it sucks for honest people like me. I'm in the military, and my verified address is 2 states / 6 hours away. It sucks to have everything shipped there.
