He is a good man I had some misunderstandings

 

I PM'ed him and im sure he will make it right, since he returned some of the $ already.

It doesn't hurt to put this up just for the time being though.

He's been PM'ing me back. Hes an honest seller. The only mistake he made, and its only because his machine shop told him it was ok, was he did not mention or take a picture of the nick on the bottom of the head.

Otherwise he seems like a very genuine person and will make it right. I'll update when everything is taken care of.
