Tough time communicating with Pruven

I've been having a tough time reaching Pruven. I want their fuel pressure gauge adaptor and called them a few weeks ago to order. Got their voicemail and left a message. After a week I called again and left another message. They called me back and took my order. 3 weeks later the part isn't here. Called them again. Voicemail again. Left a message. 4 days later, still no return call. Not sure whether to give up or what. Any suggestions?

Don't give up! We have been very busy and are not always able to answer the phone. I actually took your order a few weeks ago and our computers hard drive crashed that same day with all our customer information on it (yours included), so I had no adress to send it to or contact info. I was hopeing you would contact us. We also don't always answer our voicemails daily, sometimes not till the end of the week. If you PM me with your adress I will get it out for you on Monday.

Sorry for the hassle,

Dan @ Pruven

The bolt pattern is the same but the clocking of it is off, so I don't think it would work. I pretty sure we tried it on a second gen, but it didn't work. So I'll say that it probably won't work on a first gen either. By the way, I shipped that piece off to Va. today. You should have it tommorrow. Thanks again and sorry for the delay.
