DC Evo Club Try to ask these guys. I lurk there allot and they all seem pretty cool. They'll be able to tell you everything you need to know about what dealers are good an which are bad.

Also, check on the site to see if we're getting together this friday, and you can check out our cars and ask any questions you want. I picked up my 2004 Evo RS for $26,255.50 after taxes/title/and license from Ourisman Mitsubishi in Marlow Heights, MD.
The car had 45 miles on the odometer when I picked it up.
