Just moved to South Riding VA 3 weeks ago from Ashburn VA and this morning was following a modified yellow EVO. He seems to live in the same division of South Riding as I do. We were on the same route until we got to rt 28. Anyone know who this is?

He has the following done to his car from what I could see:

-EVO VII tails
-"TURBO" badge under the mitsubishi emblem in the back
-exhaust
-lowered
-18 inch dark grey wheels
- no custom plate

Hey cool, nice knowing there is another EVO in the neighborhood. Any others out there? Friend of mine that lives here says there is another silver EVO around, but I haven't seen it yet.
