Cliff Notes: Saw EVO, which is rare in Delaware. He followed me onto I-95. Modified EVO's are faster than stock ones. (In this case) Upon "cruising" on I-95, we see this wanna-be EVO. I love my Optio.

Longer version:

Well, you basically followed me onto I-95. I decided I had nothing better to do then compare my stock EVO to your modified one. I'm just curious why at no point in the 10 minutes of riding next to me could you stop and say Hi, or discuss mods between us. (Mine is stock incase you didn't notice.)

Here's a pic for the memories though.... probably one of three times I've actually seen another random EVO on the road, only to see this wanna-be EVO... which I found just too humorous for my day. (Funny being I saw an EVO then the fake one at the same time... very odd occurance in DE.)

Real EVO on Left. Fake EVO on right... wing, rims, and badge. I didn't notice the seats, but it was a girl driving.

That's a very well done Lancer. Props to her for putting some effort into her car. As for the pic, that is really strange: an White Evo next to a White Lancer with a Evo wing. Hope you find your soul mate bud.

ya gotta get out more. there's a ton of evos in Delaware, but most of them like to hide. where in de are u from.

 

that lancer "evo" was probably pretty embarassed. At least she didnt have an evo 8 body kit

 

There is a white evo 8 here in Dover that a guy on base used to own. However he destroyed the tranny I belive and traded it for a S2K. I'd love to meet up with some guys in DE though if there are many of us on here. When, I'm not flying its pretty boring and I'm out of things to do to my car as far as modding without going to a bigger turbo so if anyone wants to wrench on theres we have a great shop here on the base with some good tools and a lift. If you where near Dover when you saw the white EVO its got a few mods but nothing major. Just a few more months till Kahuna Ville brings back the thursday night tuner thing perhaps we can all meet up there

my buddy lives on the base, he had a yellow mazda6, now he has a gto. he's movin next week though. I went to the kahunaville a few times, it would be cool to meet up there or anywhere in that area for the day.

 

haha, is it a darker colored gto? Before I went on my last mission I was coming off base and one got behind me and I was dying to kill it however he ducked back onto base real quick. It was really disappointing.

 

it's a silver one, with a hood scoop. he refuses to race me, i think he know's he'll get smoked...

 

tell him to look me up before he leaves I'd like to check out the GTO. I hear the interior is really nice and I know they are quick.

 

I even saw one when I was driving through DE on a random road trip from VA

 

I dunno where they are all hiding. I've met a few of the guys, but figured I'd see people more often. I see the red one with CF hood/trunk ridin around pretty often.. used to see the guy with the EVOVIII license plate, too.

I just spotted a white Evo at the Concord Mall a couple of days ago and a black Evo at the Best Buy there as well.

 

hey i live in new castle delaware and i have a silver evo w a cf hood and other mods. i know about close to 10-15 other people that have evos and i khow theres a couple of evos in delaware that tun low 11"s. so just let em know when and where u guys would wanna meet and ill call up some of my buddies. and another thing, i was reading on dynoflash and they said if u get 5 or more evos to get dynotuned, then big al will com to are home town so maybe we all can get tuned while we all drink and party
