They have a 5 star design that AEM just introduced whereas they have 5 bolts instead of just 3 and so on.

Check out some threads in the tech sections regarding the 264/264 vs 264/272 mix debate. 264 272 mix is "just perfect", combines best of both worlds, very streetable idle, yet makes more power.
