About 3 weeks ago I purchased a Megan Racing Exhaust from these guys, got it installed and everyone was happy... a few days later, after getting used to the sound I noticed what appeared to be a leak from the back of the canister.

Well, I took it back to them this past Saturday, where they took my car in the garage without me even getting a chance to tell them where the leak was... next thing I know the guy comes back to me and SAYS "I didnt find a leak" he takes me back with him... and what do I find...... "MY EXHAUST HAD BEEN TAMPERED WITH BY THEM"... of course, I knew something like this would happen and so before I had taken my car to them, I also took pictures and made sure I knew the exact condition of my vehicle.... the guy is like you must have bottomed out on a driveway or something.. my canister had been scatched with a rock or something and the brace around the canister had been bent out of shape... the guy then tells me "he found my exhaust that way".....

I was shocked they would actually try and pull this on anyone... so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and checked my pictures twice.. well guess what... no prior damage.. just a defective exhaust which they sold me and dont want to take responsibility for.

I have since.... called them back and explain the problem and what I think happend, I told them I have prove in my digital camera which I do actually have...

The guy told me he needed to speak to the manager... and I'm currently still waiting on a call back......

I'm an honest person and would except responsibility for my own actions.. but I feel this is a game which HPR Customs plays often with their customers. And so here a is my warning to anyone doing business with them....

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH DISHONEST PEOPLE LIKE HPR CUSTOMS, ITS MY PERSONAL OPINION THAT THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS AND WILL NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR LACK OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICE.

yes, i been there many times.

talk to different people that work there including a woman.

in my assessment i will not entrust my car to them, they have lack of info

regarding upgrade on my cars.

 

So the guy is talking to his manager? WTF? I hope they fix the problem. Keep us informed. If it doesn't work out call the BBB and report their asses.
