So I was in VA beach for the past 8 days, and tuesday (8/2) around 7:30 PM I saw a yellow OZ rally (02-03) going South on Atlantic Ave. (around Atlantic & 39th St.) I don't remember exactly what it had on, but I'm sure it wasn't stock, so I'm wondering if anyone on the forums was driving it (I'm pretty sure it was a female driver).

As a side note, I only saw 2 lancers during my stay, the other one was a stock ES, but I saw a looooot of SUV's sporting big *** chrome wheels, and I saw a lot of rice displays. Ah, and also bikers gathering at BP on Atlantic & 30some street and just revving up, trying to act tough hehe, it was funny
