Damnit, so late and can't fall asleep. Anyway I was wondering if anybody is going to the sports compact car show in Dinwiddie this up comming weekend? If so, does anybody know how much it is per day and if you any fellow evo owners are going, I might tag along want to tag along.

 

I am pretty sure it is $20 per day; and kids get in free.

Not I, but some of use are headed to VMPs test n tune next saturday after this weekend.

 

hmmm, isn't vmp in dinwiddie as well? By the way, for this test and tune thingie, how much is it and who are the tuners?

 

yes vmp is in dinwiddie, there are no tuners at a test and tune; you are your own tuner i guess. Basically a test and tune is when the track opens the track up to cars/bikes regardless of what class your car is in street legal etc; so that you can test and tune your car before the next event or whatever. It cost about $27 or $28 I think; its kinda expensive when you can just go to richmond dragway, or vmp on friday nights for their "street wars" or whatever they call it and run for $15-$17.

 

hmm I see.... how many other evo's are heading up there? I never ran my car at the track before, I might want to go. By the way, you can get as many runs in as you want with the fee right? I wonder how much longer my stock clutch can take a beating 8-x

 

i wouldnt say as many as you want; but rather you can run as many times as possible if you choose to. Usually depends on how crowded it is. As far as your clutch goes as long as its not shipping I guess you should be fine; with your mods your not making an overwhelming amount of power.

FYI......Going to VMP on the this saturday the 29th...got about 4-5 people going so far......we will be meeting a 8am....location has yet to be determined.
