Its time to change out my spark plugs again and wanted see what others are running. Might try something different this time. I have used the OEM NGK ILFR7H since I've had the car. I know there are benefits to running colder plugs. I am running an upgraded Buschur turbo that put down 412 whp in Denver CO on 91 octane at 25 lbs and running 50/50 denatured alchohol/water. At the Spec Ops test and tune at All Aspects however my alc pump was busted (only pushing about 85 psi), so they tuned as if I didnt have alc injection. She could only hold 22 lbs of boost and I only did 336 whp. I know for sure that my plugs were bad so Im in need of some advice. Should I go 1 step colder this time. I installed the Spoolin Up non CDI ignition kit and hopefully will be getting a new pump before I get tuned again. Any suggestions?

You can probably move up to 8s, but I would say ask your tuner what they suggest since they are the ones tuning the car. Which alky kit do you have, I have two Snow pumps sitting in my garage? One has never been used.

8s huh. I think I'll try em. I have an old SMC alky kit. I can't find any resources to get it rebuilt. I tried emailing Steve at SMC but not sure if the email on the site still goes to him. They dont have any more car related products on the SMC site anymore. Just some hobby particle vacuum thing. I could probably use the snow pump depending on the interface with the controller. Let me do some research.

Don't know if I can make that one. I am out to sea and get back like the day before. Prob wont be able to swing it. Would love to finally get down to the bottom of those gremlins that popped up last time. I did get the Spoolin Up kit and gonna get new plugs and maybe the meth pump.
