Mat said fit that 3rd gear issue cuz he wants to run again. Hopefully before he puts in that turbo. I ran a turbod S2K last night on my way home from his place. I won, lol. Check vadriven, it has the story.

 

Yea man. as soon as I hopped on the highway leaving, I had no issues! WTF. I think its because I was trying to shift at 8700 vs 8500. I think its supposed to be cooler soon, so we can run then. My intake temps were showing 110+... not good at all.

But his car is definitely quick. Tell him don't start in 2nd gear so there is less chance of one of us missing 3rd lol

 

cool bro, Ill let him kno. Im sure with lower tems, you will gain a few hp as well. He has a pt61 at his house now, as well as the supercharger. He is selling it tho and doing the turbo thing. Should be interesting.

 

yea, if he gets any more real mods, then I won't be able to keep up. Maybe with all of this heat, I can put on my lighter rims/tires and just lower the tire pressure and race from 2nd gear?
