Mr. Tire

Stay away from the Mr. Tire in Bel Air. I went there two weeks ago and I am now just getting my three replacement wheels. Yes three. The tech that took my old valve stems out scratched my rims. Also the new lug nuts that they put on were 19mm, the factory size is 21mm. The did not replace the smaller lugs. Instead the gave me a Gorilla lug wrench. When I called about my wheels, the kept calling my car an EVO. I guess they can't tell the difference between a Lancer O.Z. and an EVO. They had to describe the wheels to me over the phone to make sure they where the right ones. When they put the new wheels on, the tech came into the waiting area and asked me if I was the driver of the EVO. I told him no.

Lessons learned.
1. Mr. Tire has dumb techs
2. Mr. Tire's techs can tell a O.Z. from an EVO.
3. Stay away from Mr. Tire in Bel Air.

The other thing I relized is that I have had the car now for almost four years, and the oldest wheel on the car is one year old.

Yah, stay away from Mr.Tire. My cousin took her 2005 Civic to the one on Joppa Road for an oil change. The "tech" didn't put in enough oil, he put in less then 3qts when the car needs about 5 qts. She drove about two blocks down Joppa road and her car stalled and started smoking. These guys were idiots, I tore them a new *** hole and told them my lawyer would be calling them with the cost to replace her car. I also swear up and down the idiot "tech" was drunk, he just looked and smelled like a no good loser. Needless to say, stay away from Mr.Tire.

On a side note, I took my car to NTB on Joppa road to get my winter tires put on and didn't have any problems.
