Modified Car Laws in VA
Does anyone know anything about modified car laws in VA?
what are illegal to put under the hood?
Is there a law says you can only go 2 sizes bigger on your wheels than the factory wheel size in VA? I heard some states have this law.
I am worried about it if i can't pass the inspection...
