It could be a GT3571...all gt35Rs are T3 flange.
Or its a modded gt35r

you can get a gt35r in a t4 flange.. horsepower freaks sell them in a t3 flange..

Precision and garret can both do gt35r in a t4 housing..

that turbo is made by garrett it's not on any of their catalogs but you can order it straight like that from garrett.

If it really means so much to you, you can contact ISP and talk to Peter and tell him that he lied to me and Sold me something else. You are correct in that it is a T4 flange, with 65lb compressor wheels I do believe. Heres some more pics if you like.

i didnt know u posted previuosly saying u purchased a 35r kit from them.
