The one in Annapolis, on defense highway. I was able to talk them into letting me drive my Honda up to the ODBII reader..

^ I hate to break it to you, but the standards for passing emissions isn't something to stake your health on. It's just enough to be an inconvenience, and not enough to really do any good. Sorry that place didn't work out for you guys, I don't know that any are really different than the other. As long as I can persuade them to let me drive it, I'm good.

 

On a different subject, anyone know some mobile detailers around here that are pretty good? Asking for me and a friend, he has a Mercedes Benz e500 and of course my Evo. He wants to do it at work in Elkridge, I will probably just have mine done at home in Crofton.
