Ravens baby! So I'm at the gym and I hear fist pounding foam...and it's gettin closer and closer. I look up at the raucuous...and guess who?!?! Ray Lewis is at my gym, working out, 10 feet from me. Back and forth plowing the foam padding from his trainer. He's a monster. Apparently Ray and Ed work out there time to time.
