I'm a little late rolling this morning but here is the thread for this weeks meet You know the drill.... anything we need to discuss about the meets can be done here. So how does everyone like everything so far?? Location?? Time?? Any questions, comments, suggestions are always welcome!

Where: AEX Parking lot (On West Street down the street from the mall.. anyone who is not comfortable or are directionally illiterate like me can go to the mall and we will caravan down the street... lol)

When: Wednesday August 8th

Time: 8:30-9:00 I pushed the time back since the restaurant doesn't close until 9 i think we should wait a bit longer.... anyone who comes early should try to park on the AEX side.

Who: All car enthusiats are welcome.... just please be respectful of everyone!


I just want to take a second and thank Adam the owner of AEX for letting us meet there in his parking. We can show our graditude by picking up our trash and leaving in the same condition we were allowed to use it in! Sorry if this sounds like 2nd grade but you'd be surprised.... lol Thanks guys and hope to see you there!

Here's an idea that was just presented to me.....

How about we meet at the mall... upper level.... and we can go in to the mall.. food court... whatever.... and at 9:00 we'll all head over to AEX together. That way we won't disturb the businesses already there.... we get to drive a line of nice cars through annapolis so everyone can gawk at... and we can park in line so we can get a good pic. Let me know what you guys think. I know we had trouble with the rent a cops last time.... but if we're going in the mall they can't say anything...

 

I'll be there again I'm pretty sure.

I like the idea of having it a little later. Last week I got there around 745 and the parking lot was nearly full with only 3 Evo's.

I'd love to be there but the evo is clutchless at the time... so no go this time.

I think that as long as we aren't waiting in the parking lot it should be OK. I think they really just hand their panties in a bunch because of the supposed mugging that took place that day. They clearly don't chase people out of the mall, so if we met in the food court we should be good.

 

I'm cool with that.

 

i wasnt really thrilled with the AEX parking lot, it was too small and crowded. Isnt there any other places to hang out at? Im not to familiar with the annapolis area.
