Ravens FTW!!

 

we are starting to look pretty scary good. i hate to predict anything too quick with the ravens because we all know the past ravens. but i think we are getting to the point where we can expect the best from them every year.

 

Geez man, I know we are all homers here, but at least wait until the regular season starts.

good thing troy smith is our back up and we have 3 others that have yet to see much playing time. we can win without flacco. but hopefully we wont lose him like you guys lost brady. but hey at least we have 2 good qb's. cant say that for some other teams who dont even have one.... like washington ::cough cough::

 

Two good qb's? Flacco had a decent year last year, but he's a game manager like Jason Campbell. Neither QB is a world beater. Troy Smith was a great college player, but hardly a GOOD pro.

 

Smith wont be there for long, the rumor and i say rumor, is that they are going to try and use him as a stepping stone to get marshal from denver.

my thoughts....but the ravens do need a dependable num. 1 receiver

 

we have one. mason. our problem is we need a number 2,3,4 reciever. id rather go after wayne or ocho cinco. i think we will play with what we got this year.

 

I think so too, ravens aren't big on making trades. I think ozzie has always followed his plan. However why have two number one QBs?? (or a 1 and 1.5 really) Wayne would be nice, but old as well. I think Marshall is a better option than either. Mason needs a long threat support to get heat off of him, and he won't be here much longer anyway.

 

^ true but i think that ravens will stick with what we got. there wont be any trades or letting anyone go. thats just not like the ravens. but hey id give up a draft pick for a good reciever. im just not willing to let go smith who has proven a threat when he is in the game. almost vick like
