What can you say, the boys got it done today. Even Carr looked pretty good today, and Houschka went 3 for 3! Lets see how the next week goes.....

 

Absolutely. Defense finally showed up this year. I know it's early, but the division is still a 3-team race.

We have Cinci this coming week and Pitts has Denver. Easily could be all tied up by the end of next week (not looking ahead or anything )

 

Ravens played a great game yesterday. Webb's return was crazy, and yea the defense finally made the return it needed to. Now we just got to keep it up for the coming weeks.

 

I wouldn't go that far. Carr still sucks. He caught one without calling for a fair catch and got lucky the guy missed him, otherwise he'd have gotten creamed and maybe had a turnover. On another play he called for a fair catch and almost missed catching it. I don't understand why they don't put Web in full time???

They made it easy for hauschka by getting in close. I will give it to him though. Hopefully this will help him build confidence for the critical kicks.

overall a good team game. all sides of the ball AND good coaching strategy.

great game overall, team looked real good. where were they the other three games.

 

Wish I knew. Even though there were areas that needed improvement, you have to be somewhat encouraged by the fact that over the previous three losses the ravens deficit was a combined 11 points. Here's hoping that the next few close games fall our way

 

Thank you Kurt Warner for having 6 frigging turnovers yesterday. Why oh why did I pick AZ. Seemed like a good choice at the time.

 

You're right. Carr is a pile but I was just happy at the moment because he didn't f-up royally anywhere. My expectations were low from previous games. Houschka did have easy kicks, one the same distance as the viking miss and at least he made them all. I do wish they would put Webb in at least for a trial. That was a hell of a run back for td, lets see him do it again. Or at least get some great field position. Man I miss Jim Leonard!
