i hate v-dubs!
i owned a 2000 VW before my Evo. I HATE VW's!!! They always have major maintanence issues. I spent probably 1-2K a year on some broken part or whatever. And the chairs are so stinking uncomfortable, too! By 2006, the plastic volume control knob melted off, the side arm rest hinges AND the glove compartment hinges snapped. CHEAP PLASTIC!!! Only thing that was nice was the smooth engine. Yes, I hate VW's with a passion. hahaha.

THANK YOU!!!!!!!! VW SUCKS.......I use to own a 03 gti 1.8T and went through a k03s, two k04-001, two tranny's, a tranny case and this was all before 30k miles not to mention lil things I had to maintain. Im with you I hate VW.
Was it a young kid? A new black MK5 GTi tried to race me a month ago and I tired to do three honk roll from 35mph but I didnt even get the first honk off and he took off. At first I said screw it until my friend said GOOOO CATCH HIM. I took off and quickly caught back up. He was about 5-7 cars infront before I even decided to take off, I passed him and won by like 3 cars. He had the nerve to say my car was slow after he already had 5-7 car head start and I passed him and still won by 3 cars. I told him he didnt no how to race but obviously he had no clue what I was talking about.
