Spotted Blue Evo in Annandale

West-bound on Braddock Rd @ about 6:10 PM on Tuesday, you turned left onto Southampton Dr.

I drive Braddock Rd west quite often at that hour, and haven't seen this blue Evo before...

Give a shout back if it was you, or if you know who it was.

That was me; I saw your Silver EVO, very nice!!. I got a brief glance but had to keep my eye on the bumper-to-bumper traffic. I am usually coming home from my commute at around 4:30 pm; big difference in the traffic at 6pm

Don't you hate that?

Seeing another Evo through traffic and you don't really get a chance to "pay the proper respect" ...

That's the price we pay for living in a traffic-clogged area like No. Va.

But there were probably a few people on Braddock Road there... "Hey, that's the first Evo I've seen" and then a few seconds later, "now I've seen two!"

Did you buy yours at Stohlman; if so, who was your salesman? Does your car have the sunroof?

Yes. Freddie Hamad, who apparently no longer works there. No sunroof.

I work within walking distance of Stohlman, so it was a convenient place to buy and also now for service.

Hey was wondering I spotted a blue evo last night going on 95 south towards dumfries...hmm could this be yours?? At first I noticed the HID lights illuminating in the back and I thought what car could this be hmmm, then Fawk, I was surprised it was an evo VIII! It looks like it was an asian guy was driving it, he was bald. The evo has a temporary plates and the trunk seems to have been scratched..or is it just dust?? ...what a lucky guy nice evo

If any of you see a Rally Red Evo around Ballston, that's probably me.

I saw a Silver one driving down Fairfax two days ago around 10:30 PM.

That certainly wasn't me in the Blue Evo on 95 near Dumfries. I am not Asian or bald; not that there is anything wrong with that. A little Seinfeld humor

It is definitely nice to see other locals enjoying the EVO's. I have found that you kind of get used to driving one and don't realize the attention you are getting from others until you see another EVO on the road and strain your neck to check it out. I have had many performance cars over the years and can honestly say I have never driven anything more fun than the EVO. The challenge in the DC area is to find some open road to "stretch its legs"; a great time is early weekend mornings when the roads are open and the air is cool
