Granted this is going to sound like, "Can't we all just get along", but it is so stupid that some people can't understand that we are all on the same team. If there weren't people like us who buy sports cars the market would shrink, and then the fun cars offered by the manufacturers would shrink. I like the 03-04 cobra SVT, the vette, an SRT-4 or SRT-8, heck I like anything with real power. I understand the whole, "I identify with Mustang people or I'm big into the JDM scene, and hence it's part of my identity", but people please we need to start spreading the message that we are really all on the same team. Although, something tells me human nature will never let this happen.

I was heading northbound on Rt. 40 crossing Abingdon Rd coming up on the intersection of B&O Rd and Rt. 40 when a Jeep came flying out of B&O Rd. to head north on Rt.40. The car in front of me locked up his brakes and I had to swerve in to the number 2 lane to avoid hitting the car in front of me. I downshifted to 3rd to catch the red jeep. We both caught the red light in front of the 7-11, I just sat there and stared at him. He threw his hands up as to say "why are you staring at me?" I put my hand to my ear because his windows were up, He leaned over and rolled his windows down and said "what are you looking at @$$hole?" I said "You dickweed! I'm in awe that they gave whitetrash like you a license" He responded "yeah whatever" and took off threw the Red light. I got on the phone with 911 and told dispatch who and what I am and that I need a unit out with me to stop and driver that maybe 10-55 (intoxicated) While I'm on the phone with 911 I got close enough to read the tag number, the Suspect hit his brakes and swerved into my lane trying to run my off the road. I was finally joined by 3 Maryland State Police Troopers who pulled the guy over north of Aberdeen near Bulle Rock golf course. Needless to say when the suspect saw me get out of my car in full uniform he was dumbfounded The suspect was ticketed for speeding 86 in a 55 and reckless driving.

I can a little more detail in my stories... Unlike Ian

Good on ya for tossing the coke!! I got so tired of people getting mad for no reason that i keep a bottle of nails in my glove box. All you have to do is toss them out the window and they get stuck buying 4 new tires.

There was another thread like this where I tried to advocate maturity and caution, the best I could.

But i have to confess.....

Living in the Pocono mountains, there are plenty of fun driving roads around here....so my buddy and his STi, me, and my Evo would go out and bash around, sometimes running through a whole tank of gas before stopping.

In the summer, in 95 degree heat, we would go to the same BP gas station parking lot, pull over, and spray down the I/C's, let the motor cool down, check oil and fluids, etc etc.

These two guys were going in, and one yelled over "I just pee'd my pants...I am SOOOO scared!!!"

I yelled back some profanity, and then we proceeded to go into the liquor store....

I saw these two jackasses next to my car, and I went back and I smelled urine!! He actually pissed on my car!!!

I saw them scrambling to the car, and we jumped into the STi and proceeded to follow them.

Turns out, my buddy knew an older brother of theirs....so we went back to his house much later and filled up his gas tank with the same surprise he left on my car, then got a car wash..

The fact is, despite my former indiscretions, it is unwise to stoop to that level. When you do, you open up the flood gates for idiocy.

Wow, glad I haven't encountered any of this yet, but that is why I have my good buddy H&K .45 usually. just for the added if needed protection.
