It was a lot of evos there this past friday

 

hey fellas. I'm in the area for two weeks for some military training. I'm from PA 1 min from Cecil County, MD, originally, but now i live in CA. Hoping to go to a Evo get together or meet while i'm here to see some of what my Evo would do if it wasn't on **** gas, and meet some new Evolovers. You wouldn't belive the Evo withdrawl when you are stuck in a ford focus rental car for 2 months.............

How often do guys from this site go to the Fri night drags? Do they do anything on other days of the week? (mon-thurs)

let me know, hopefully somehting fits my schedule

 

Not sure about Capital for this week/weekend but Wednesday nites are normally meet nites in Annapolis and sometimes at the Waugh Chapel parking lot on the end closest to that drug store (forgot the name).

Anyone know if they are having meets this week?

 

i know this is almost irrelevant but we went about a month ago when they all got kicked out of the waugh chapel lot, but they usually meet over by the rite aid - best bet is to go to chic-fila if you see a yellow evo there and find that guy and ask him lol

when they got kicked out, they went to the k-mart across the street from nautilus

i went to capitol yesterday and saw 4 evos... almost approached ya's but i never saw ya parked. There was a black evo, i think MR who ran a high 12 first run and i was betting on a low 12 next run but you missed a shift, i was sad

Other 2 were in the 13's and appeared stock. There was a custom green painted Evo parked with no owner, had a sticker on the window for extreme motorsports.

was nice to see some Evos running, wish i had the chance to meet you.

 

I'm usually getting sushi at Fuji on Saturday nights and I've never seen anyone else down there weekends.

 

i would like to see more Evos there but it was some nice OPS cars there too and Nate from pinks was there with paul and his supra maybe next friday there will be more

 

I was there with my evo this past at Capitol. The ops and drag radial cars were sick. It was my first time ever seeing Paul Efantis race his Solora. I could not belive how consistent that black camaro was. Running 4.75 all day.

 

The dude with the black evo MR ran a 11.89 on his second pass. I talked to the dude with the green evo also. He said he was a Mitsu tech

 

hmm..... i might just have to make an appearance at capital tonight.
if not im always at the meet on wed. the one that starts at waugh chapel n then moves to kmart.
last week the one cop that came had to call backup to get us to leave.... lol

Saw some Evo's last nite just trying to see who was driving what ?
