I saw a BBY Evo with CA plates... non-stock exhaust... EVO7 taillights... debadged... going towards Rosslyn on Clarendon Blvd this past Sunday at around 6pm. I was driving my Silver Eclipse instead of the EVO.

First time I've seen the blue and I actually like it more than I thought (after seeing the awful pictures of it months ago).

Anyone here? Wasn't someone moving from CA to NoVA recently?
