Who's is it?

Need to know what is wrong with it if anything and what was done to it before it was put back to stock. Has evo 9 wheels. Appears completely stock and has 39k on it.

Any info would help.

 

dont think person is from around here. never seen it and the adams jeep isnt in the most populated area.

 

i heard about this car my buddy went and looked at it but not sure about it dnt think ive ever seen it..but dont they only want like 16k or so for it??

 

yeah, I offered them 14k without looking at it. It was on e-bay with no reserve starting @12k. They had no bids so I called to talk to them. Seems that they now won't sell it for less than 16k. My bud went to look at it and he says it's really clean.
