Updates?

 

Ok heres an update, Since no one else did I called the mall they said the most we can do is meet there and go inside the mall like regular customers, So Unless someone knows of a place in DC or in the same area we could go, we would just have to do a car meet there then cruise, I dont mind driving to DC its closer fro u MD guys and maybe another hr for us NN guys but its not bad.... I mean we have come this far with getting everyone together it would be a waste to let it go, so i know theres someone out there with a place in mind, please post so i can send it so i can update everyone asap

 

or the guy who set this whole thing up can figure what to do... I personally would rather have it in f-burg because I know the town pretty well, and DC I never really go there

I'm givin up for tonight. Ill be at work til 5 tomorrow. Then ill look some more. Would we get into trouble if we went to a parking garage somewhere? Aren't those public?

 

yea we would def. get kicked out

 

i know it'd be short notice, but i wonder if there are any rec centers or or any other non-profit organizations with a large parking lot on private property around the southern md/northern va area that wouldn't mind holding the meet. i mean 20 to 30 cars isn't exactly discreet enough for a public place without permission and not get messed with by cops. maybe even a $5-10 donation from everyone would be some good bargaining power. isn't that what they do at some auto events?

 

Are there any Parks in Fredericksburg? You can try to Reserve/Rent a picnic area, and have the meet there.
