I dated a girl who was a Baltimore Country cop. The words from her mouth were, we are just traffic cops, we have quotas and have to meet our goals. After hanging around her cop buddies and hearing some of the stories, I can say that most cops in Baltimore County are just pigs who could never succeed in anything else in life. Now note, I said most cops, not all.

Lets also say I saw a cell phone pic of one cop getting a BJ from a blond to get out of a speeding ticket. Needless to say I won't say any names.
