Thumbs up DynoFlash Evo tuning day - any interest?

I am planning to come to the Gaithersberg MD area in the next couple of weeks and was thinking to do some street tunes on some EVO's while I am there - I do reflashes - see www.dynoflash.com

My street tune consisits of installing all my testing equipment on your vehicle, motec wideband, datalogger, knock meter - etc - then doing many reflashes over several hours to get the car perfectly dialed in in all forward gears at all speeds and driving conditions

This is the best way to tune your car - only disatvantage compared to our usual on the dyno tune is you dont get an acutal dyno sheet at the end - (your butt dyno will tell you the whole story) ! and it takes a LOT of time as the ecu must come in and out of the car every time I make a corection to be flashed - it takes about 3 hours to do this job the right way

The cost is $595.00 for the entire 3 hour process

If anyone in that area is interetsed in having this done please send me a PM or am email at my web site

Thanks

Where's Gaithersberg? I'm near Richmond, VA...

I was actually considering the Xede unit since it's a bit tidier...

Only way I could do this would be to have the MBC and A2F computer all done at once.

Heck, I don't even have a BOV yet...

Tidier ? What could be more tidy than a reflash tune ??? Not even one wire to touch!!!!

I emailed you through your website...

a2f, was referring to A/F ratio mamma jamma's, but I realized that your flash doesn't need one of those.

I'd love a reflash but I'm gonna have to wait until the next time you swing by the area... I'm afraid my options fro the next few months would be reflash or all season tires... the reflash doesnt make the car run safely in the snow on bald yoko's, does it?

I definately would like to do this but I need a exact address of where you would be located so I can print out directions and a exact date of when you will be doing this so I can make plans and take off work if needed. Also would I need to schedule a appointment or what not?

Surprising there haven't been more responses since there are plenty of EVO's around here. I wonder if some folks never scan the regional forums.

Do you have a street address of the building you will be doing this it would help out some since I will be driving from central VA and would need to print out some directions also a exact date and would you be coming back anytime soon within the year or begining of next just because if you are I might wait since I will probably have more mods done by then.

Are you doing all of the tuning on the road now? Is this a new thing or have you always done it htis way? I thought you only tuned on the dyno. What are the advantages and disadvantages of both methods. I live close to dc and may be interested in this.

I tune through the mail with lighly tuned base flashes for 225, then I have the dyno flash which is good for about 25 - 28 whp gains for $595.00 which is a 1.5 hour tune; then we do some LIMITED street tunes which are more through becuase we can tune to the exact load on the car they are also $595 for 3 hours of tuning

I thought you were a Works boy?
