I got a quote yesterday to sell my car to a dealer and they said they would give me 17k if I put the stock exhaust back on or 16.5K as it sits now.

Anyone have a stock exhaust they wanna trade for a RNR turboback with Helix HFC? If you have a stock exhaust and can put it on for me, you can have my turboback and HFC. I am in Bethesda.

$17k good deal? Carmax quoted me only 15K. Its an 05 with 39k

I would think you should be able to get around 18k if the car is clean enough. My car had a bunch of minor body defects and they wanted 18.5k for mine being an '05 with 64k miles on it and SSL package.

 

I know we have a stock catback but we don't have a stock cat. I wish I was ready to buy, your car is exactly what I'm looking for. Ughh!!

 

yeah I wish you were ready to buy too Lonnie! Unfortunately I need the money right now so the Evo has to go. But if I get another one I'll be coming to you for service again. Yeah I need the whole stock exhaust with the cat. I figured I would check on this site first, but I am gonna start calling some Evo shops around the area now to see.
