EVO's done
EVO's done
Test drove an EVO and there was no way I was not going to get one. Finalized paperwork today with sheehy of manassas thanks to SC's recommendation and will be picking it up from stohlman tomorrow. (The car I wanted was not in stock at sheehy but they found the right one at stohlman, so I'll be going in and watching them drive it back from Stohlman).

I saw them prepping your car on Friday afternoon when I dropped by the dealership for some oil filters. I even noticed that they treated it gently when they took it for the little PDI test drive.
Looks good!
Looks like they also have a yellow, Red and black Evo on the lot....

Awesome! Welcome to the club!
Stohlman has a ton of Evos for some reason... 3 or so on the dealer's lot, and 10+ in the off-site storage. Low spoiler, high spolier, sunroof, no sunroof... most colors. Why do they have so many? Are they still asking over MSRP or something?

I'm guessing the Evo is a tough sell this time of year. Here's your new car, oh by the way, you'll need new tires tomorrow.
Ha ha...that's a good point. Although, I don't think it should do TOO badly... it does have AWD, meaning that people will be able to drive it in all types of weather (with the correct tires, of course). My VR-4 was excellent in the snow and ice. I never had any problems with it, and I live at the bottom of a very steep and large hill! I'm just hoping the EVO is the same.
