^^As far as shauns car, his damage was on MAJOR components. Completely different accident. He hit a pole and had damage on his pillars, doors, roof. He also had airbags deployed...side curtains are EXPENSIVE. I think your car will be fixed without any issues. I took a look at it for a few minutes when it showed up. Looks like you get a free JDM rear! lol

Also, funny part about the girl yacking on the phone. Right when the car came in on the flatbed, i walked over. The father was there, with the girl in the passenger seat, yacking on her phone lol. Every time her dad asked her something, she would roll her eyes becuse she had to stop her convo and talk to him. LOL

All of a sudden I'm really onboard with the cell phone ban while driving law that is going to be passed.

I thought it was going to be ok too. I heard about Shaun's car and how easily that was totalled and he had a brand new X. It keeps getting brought up so I'm getting nervous.
.
And to think I just bought a new SE lip too. Anyone need a brand new SE lip? lol

Thanks everyone for caring. I'll keep you posted on what happens

Bummer.. Good Luck on the search for a new car! You can probably buy it back from the insurance company for a decent price.

I had similiar front end damage if not slightly worse on my car a couple years ago and it was about $12-13k insurance ALMOST totaled her........

You're everywhere huh? lol

As you know ^^^^, I just got rear ended by a lady doing her hair and was also pushed into the car in front of me, not as bad as yours though.

If I would have put my JDM tails on the repair order, the body shop said they would have totalled her. There was no frame damage what so ever.

I needed a new passenger headlight, right front fender, hood, bumper, rear bumper, and LR quarter.

It was a blessing in disguise. I needed a new quarter anyway due to the Honda rust spot, so that was a win, then I got a Ralliart hood and trunk, and a JDM rear.

Thanks! Yeah, I have been considering it. Not really sure what I want to do at this point. I'm going to give this some serious thought.

In a way I want to keep the car because they don't make 9s anymore, but it's also going to be a considerable amount of money to get it back the way it was. I could just break clean from it altogether because it seems like its always eating up my money. Or I could buy it back and part it out and get a little more (hopefully). I told the guy I'd have an answer to him by Thursday, although I have until Friday. I'll either be selling or not selling the lip by then. Sorry to make you all wait.
