This event is open to both drift and grip drivers of all skill levels.

* 8am - gates open
* 8:30 - tech inspection and drivers meeting
* 9:30am-12 - hot track
* 12-1pm - lunch break ($8.00 all you can eat buffet - CASH ONLY)
* 1pm-4pm - hot track
* 5pm - off facility (no exceptions)


your vehicle must pass nasa tech and you must provide your own
dot and/or snell rated helmet.

Do it, then tell your friends what kind of fun it was and how much you got to drive.

This event from day one has been word of mouth. It's gradually getting bigger.

I finally drove the evo rather than a drift car. Had a real good time.

 

wish I could make it, I hadn't been to anytype of track event in quite awhile, but unfortunately I will be working, and is my long day 7pm to 6:30 am monday morning. y'all though have a blast and take lots of pictures.

 

Recommend going to this - it really is good times. And its only an hour from the hampton side of the water, so you get a full day of fun with limited inconvenience.

Much simpler than an HPDE.

 

I might try and go it just depends on how work is going then. When does registration close?

 

Probably will close out by the end of july - but it could easily fill by then. Its worth setting aside the cash now and just doing it.

 

I might try and make this one... if I end up being selected I will make it since I won't be able to make it to the shootout.

 

Get back to work slacker. It's not the money issue it's the lingering possibility of going to three section duty and having to be at work for 24hrs that day. Then I would really be unhappy if I spent 115 for nothing.

i still miss drifting though. i hope to see some more of you throwing your cars around on track

 

I am going to have to run it at like 20psi if I do just to keep the power down...lol

i would think about this if i didnt need new tires already. I have always wanted to try this and since i wont be at the shootout i might as well get some sort of track fun.

nope, eye surgery on either the 29,30,or 31. if its the 31st i might try to make it but i wont know for sure what day till the 25th so who knows.

 

Well after realizing im a idiot with some help from Chris, i wont be at this cuz the shootout is the weekend before my surgery. YES!!!
