I am considering buying an Evo X MR that is located at Centreville, VA. Could somebody suggest me a mechanic shop that knows these cars well for an inspection? Will the dealer be able to do it well?

You are in luck. My favorite evo shop on the east coast is 30 min away from there. Moore automotive, they are great.
