VA car return???
quick question.....
if you buy a car in VA , do they have to disclose any previous damage to the car like they do in MD?
and secondly...what is the return policy for a car in VA?

Well acording to VA law the dealer does NOT have to disclose any damage to the Vehicle if it's LESS then $1000. As for "buyers remorse" technically I believe by law its 3 days after purchase with mileage within reason.
